My Approach

As a person, I embrace diversity at every level because it offers the opportunity to see things from an array of perspectives. I find it enriching and a source of personal growth.

In my therapy work, I apply similar principles and observe a pluralistic approach. This means that I don't favour a specific therapeutic technique or process also called modality, I look for what is useful for my client.

This means that I look holistically at every person and their unique circumstances to define a plan of interventions which will be relevant and helpful in their journey at that point in time.

I don't "copy and paste" the intervention plan from one person to another, even if they both present with the same issue. I ensure that every aspect of my client's individual situation is considered before offering any course of actions.

Every client will have an intervention which will most likely call on various modalities and will be tailored to their needs.
